Haggai 2:17 NLT
I sent blight and mildew and hail to destroy everything you worked so hard to produce. Even so, you refused to return to me, says the Lord.

Sometimes we lose focus on God, and He will take extreme actions to get our attention back.  This verse says He took everything away you worked so hard to get.  The thing that got me here is the word “you.”  It does not say that God produced it, it says you worked hard for it.  Do not be hardheaded like the one at the end of the verse and refuse to return to God.
