Anything you eat passes through the stomach and goes into the sewer. But the words you speak come from the heart - that's what defiles you.

Pretty simple one here.  It's not what goes in your mouth that makes you a mean person, it's what comes out of your mouth that lets people know your character. Are you going to be a person that encourages those around you or are you the one to discourage them? The choice is yours.
