Mark 7:15 NKJV
There is nothing that enters a man from outside which can defile him; but the things which come out of him, those are the things that defile a man.

What Jesus is telling us here is that what you put in your mouth does not make us a bad person.  It is what you have in your heart that comes out of your mouth which shows people who we really are inside.  So do not blame the banana you ate for that harsh language you toss around during the fits of rage with friends, family and coworkers.
