Genesis 11:6 NLT
"Look!" he said. "The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them!"

This tells me if we come together and work as a team, we can do anything.  Can we all get on the same page?  If we do, this verse says nothing will be impossible.  Things go so much smoother when we work together as a team. Think about standing back to back with someone.  Now lock your arms together.  If both try walking forward neither can go anywhere. Now if you both face the same direction and press shoulder to shoulder you can now walk forward together. Things go so much smoother when we work together.
