Matthew 15:11 NKJV
Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.

Jesus is telling us that it is not what we eat or drink that makes a bad person.  He is saying the words that we speak are what define the true person.  What you say tells the people around you who you really are.
