As a ring of gold in a swine’s snout, So is a beautiful woman who is without discretion [her lack of character mocks her beauty].

Yesterday's proverb hit on integrity and now today we read about women with a lack of discretion.  God is pointing out the things that we should have no part of.  Having integrity is hard for people, so do your best not to lose it.  Being beautiful stems from within so you do not need to say what God gave you to everyone.  It will show by being you.
