Spoonful - 3/29

Luke 8:23-24 NIV
As they sailed, he fell asleep. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!” He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm.

Jesus was calm before and during the storm, so much so, that He was able to sleep.  What are the storms in your life that are stealing your peace?  Then everyone around Jesus was scared and woke him up.  How are you letting the people around you influence you?  Of course, His reaction to the storm is different than most people.  So, the point of this message is with Jesus in command of the situation it is all calm waters ahead. Who are you putting in control over you?
