Matthew 3:10 NLT
Even now the ax of God’s judgment is poised, ready to sever the roots of the trees. Yes, every tree that does not produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown into the fire.

When I read this verse, I started to compare my life to the tree. I thought what if my actions didn't produce good intentions, like the tree not producing good fruit. If God is not happy with the tree, then how could He be pleased with me? If we are not producing good fruit the outcome of it is not promising.
