Psalm 84:11 NLT
For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.
This verse stood out this morning for several reasons. First, God is our sun. He will light up our surroundings so we will not be in a dark place. Second, He is our shield. He will protect us against any harm that comes our way. And lastly, if we do what is right in His eyes, He promises to withhold no good from us. What a verse to start the day!
