John 3:34 NKJV
For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.
This verse tells me God does not use a measuring cup to fill us. When we are open to be used by God, He we fill us to overflowing. If you are willing to be used by God, He will fill you up with His spirit.
